The fund is the successor to the Kaufmann Fund, Inc. (Kaufmann Fund) pursuant to a reorganization that took place on April 23, 2001. Prior to that date, the fund had no investment operations. Accordingly, the performance information provided is historical information of the Kaufmann Fund.

Effective December 31, 2010, the share class designation of K Shares will be changed to R Shares. This share class name change will have no impact on the funds’ operation or investment strategy.
