This designation denotes that the fund meets certain quality and pricing guidelines such as: a rating of AAA or Aaa by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO), invests in class 1 bonds that are issued or guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest by agencies and instrumentalities of the U.S Government and allows a maximum 7 day redemption of proceeds.
