The fund is the successor to the Rochdale Atlas Portfolio pursuant to a reorganization that took place on August 24, 2007. Prior to that date, the fund had no investment operations. Accordingly, the performance information shown for periods prior to that date is that of Class A Shares (formerly Rochdale Atlas Portfolio). The performance of the Class A Shares has not been adjusted to reflect expenses applicable to the fund’s Institutional Shares, which are lower than the expenses of the Class A Shares.
