Statements - Paper or Electronic?

Your account statements may be delivered electronically or by mail, depending on your preference. If you'd like to cut the clutter from your mailbox, you'll like our electronic document delivery, or e-delivery. It's easy to set up, and once you have it in place you'll receive your documents online, instantly and securely. Here are a few good reasons to sign up today: 

Clear the clutter

Sign up for e-delivery, and choose to receive any or all of these documents electronically:

  • Account statements
  • Tax forms
  • Proxy materials
  • Prospectuses
  • Statements of additional information
  • Semi-annual and annual reports

Once you make these selections, they are applied to all your Federated accounts with the same Social Security or Tax Identification Number. Shortly after, postal delivery of paper copies will stop and you'll begin to receive email notifications with links to your online documents.

Manage & track your investments

With e-delivery and online account access, you can manage and track your Federated Fund investments anytime you like:

  • View your account balance, history and statements
  • Update your account information
  • Perform transactions

With e-delivery and account access, you can be confident your documents and information are safe and secure. We also maintain the confidentiality of your e-mail address in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Access

You'll need to set up online account access to sign up for e-delivery. Create your profile now:

  1. Go to My Investments - Shareholder Account Access
  2. Click on "Create a new User ID and Password" (blue box, upper right )
  3. Enter your Social Security Number and Federated account number
  4. Choose and enter your User ID and Password, and set up a password reset question if you wish

Electronic Document Delivery

Already have an online profile? Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Investments - Shareholder Account Access 
  2. Login with your user ID & password
  3. Click the "E-Delivery" link under "Account Management"
  4. Select all documents, or just those you'd like to receive electronically
