Richard W. Boyd
Senior Vice President, Global Business Development

As head of Federated’s International Management Division, Rich Boyd is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s global business strategy, which is designed to enhance existing international business as well as explore future strategic initiatives for growth.

Boyd joined Federated in 1981 with a B.S. in Economics and Finance from John Carroll University. He is actively involved in the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association and is a member of the SIFMA Private Client Services Committee. He is a recent past chairman of the Membership Committee and a past Trustee for the Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a 1996 graduate of the Securities Industry Institute. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee, Chairman of the Development Committee and a member of the Investment and Financial Committee for Point Park University, Pittsburgh, PA, and the Kappa Beta Phi Business Society. Boyd has obtained his Series 6, 7, 22, 24, 26, 63 and 66 licenses.

David Gregoire, CFA, CFP
Vice President, Global Institutional Sales Consultant

David Gregoire is focused on building Canadian institutional sales, cultivating consultant relations and delivering exceptional client service. Gregoire received his Honors B.B.A. in Finance from Brock University, where he graduated with First Class Honors in 1991.

Gregoire brings more than 20 years of experience in the investment business and his career has included portfolio management and sales management responsibilities for two large global financial institutions. Prior to joining Federated in 2014, Gregoire spent 11 years with Legg Mason Canada as Managing Director and Head of Distribution, as well as 11 years with the RBC Financial Group as an equity analyst and fixed-income portfolio manager and alternatives investment senior portfolio manager. Gregoire holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations and is a certified hedge fund specialist.

Lauren Moser, AIF
Associate Global Sales Consultant

Lauren Moser is focused on the Canadian and Latin American wealth management financial markets. She has experience supporting Federated’s Wealth Management and Institutional clients, representing most of the largest banks in the United States. Lauren has a M.A. in Latin American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. She graduated magna cum laude from Allegheny College with a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish.

Moser is well-versed in Federated's product mix, including domestic and off-shore mutual funds, separate accounts and separately managed accounts. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Moser also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation and the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Frank Pöpplow
Managing Director, Federated Asset Management GmbH, Frankfurt

As Managing Director, Frank Pöpplow’s responsibilities include oversight for day-to-day investment operations, compliance and sales issues across the organization. He has over 26 years of experience in the financial industry, whereof 12 years in the asset management industry, and more than 20 years of experience in different sales and advisory functions for institutional clients. Prior to joining Federated, he served as Managing Director for Sales and Purchasing at attrax S.A., Luxembourg; Head of Institutional Sales at DZ BANK, Frankfurt; Head of Sales and Marketing at DG BANK, Frankfurt and Sales Manager for Fixed Income Products and Derivatives at DG BANK, Frankfurt. He has a degree in economics from Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn.
