Edward G. O'Connor was elected to the Board in April 2001.  O'Connor has served as special counsel to the litigation department of the law firm Eckert, Seamans, Cherin and Mellott LLC ("Eckert Seamans") before retiring in 2007.  From 1973 to 1999, O'Connor was a member of Eckert Seamans.
