David M. Kelly was elected to the Board in April 2004.  He retired in 2007 as chairman, chief executive officer and president of Matthews International Corporation, a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of memorialization products and caskets for the cemetary and funeral home industries.  Kelly is a member of the Board of Directors of Mestek, Inc. and Elliot Turbomachinery, Inc.
